CheckmyBody is a trading name of Contemporama UK Limited. We
are a family owned and operated company based in Stockport, near Manchester,
England.
We at CheckMyBody understand the
difficulty some people may have in ordering a product based on an image and description
and indeed about placing an order over the internet. If this is so
please feel fee to call us directly and we wil assist you by taking

These terms are in addition to and will not affect your statutory rights

Purchasing from Check My Body
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and
add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have
finished, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The easiest and quickest method of payment is with a credit card
though we also accept postal orders, money orders and cheques which
should be made payable to Contemporama Ltd. Please note, in the
event that payment is made by cheque, we will only despatch goods
upon its clearance. We may charge of £20.00 will made for every returned
cheque to cover charges our bank will levy on us.
Tax Charges
If applicable, for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
included.
Limitation of Liability
As specifically stated
on this site, neither the site, nor any of its directors,
employees or other representatives will be liable for damages
arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or the
products sold. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability
that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without
limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential
damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to
property and claims of third parties.
Your Privacy
We
at Check My Body are committed to protecting your privacy. We will
only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We
collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and second, to provide you with the best possible
service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we
will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your
name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a
customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of
new products or to warn you the test you purchased from us is close
to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails
from us, please send us an e-mail at

and your details will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
We will never
collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent.

of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which

to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can

Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you receive a shipment that you no longer
require, is damaged or incorrect, Contemporama UK Ltd will provide a
full refund or send a replacement. If you wish to return unwanted
goods please E-mail us at .

Once you have received the goods you have 7 days in which to return
them to us. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of
cancellation.
Because of the nature of the products we sell on this website, we do
ask that products be returned in an unused condition, in original
packaging and complete with all documentation. Only unopened test
kits may be returned. Opened test kits or any used goods cannot be
returned. It is illegal to send through the mail any goods
contaminated with human urine or blood.
Please ensure you clearly state the reason you would like a return
or a replacement and send it back to us within 7 days of receiving
your order.
Privacy of Order
All orders are shipped in plain outer covers with no indication of product
type, or any other description of the product. The address label
will have Private and Confidential typed on it. Our return address
will also appear on the label as this is a Royal Mail requirement.
Security
We use the services of an independent company - Nochex - to provide
secure payments facilities. Technical details regarding Nochex
Security arrangements can be found on their website
www.nochex.com. Nochex are
a UK company
Shipping Information
We aim to have all our products in Stock at all times. You will be notified by email when you place an order if there are any delays or products that are out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our outer
packaging is discreet brown or white envelopes, grey postal bags or
boxes with no company advertising or logos
UK Customers:
We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced INCLUSIVE of V.A.T. . We aim for NEXT DAY DELIVERY via 1st class Royal Mail (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any order received by us before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Your order can be sent by courier for an additional £5.95
Overseas Customers
On this site there are
no surprises at checkout! The cost of delivery (along with any VAT
and insurance) is always shown in your basket. To view it, simply
click on the basket dropdown. You may also use the dropdown to
change your location so that postage and VAT charges are correct.
Postage is calculated from the weight of the goods and your location using the rates published by Royal Mail and ParcelForce.
We have to charge additional postage for overseas customers as
goods will be shipped via Air Mail, which incurs much higher
shipping charges. Delivery timings should be the same as for other
Air Mail shipments to the country where delivery is required
